3, 2, 1: happy new yearrrrrrrrrrrrrr !

it's 2008, guys !

yep, it's the New Year already ! i know ! time's flying super fast these days, ya ?

okay so it's time to reminisce 2007.

still working at the polyclinic pharmacy where i met a few fantastic people like Yayin, Charlene and Casey ! all of whom left to pursue other interests. =(

Yayin got transferred to Yishun where the place is much better than here, no doubt about that. :) Charlene left for Canada to continue studying while Casey left for a much better working environment. no surprise about her leaving cos the rest of us can practically feel the tension between her and the boss. FACE-OFF giler sey nearing the end of her working stint. so DRAMA ! i like ! LOL !!

and and and all that drama with Xue Yin and the Cisco dude, the Dentist and more ! HAHAHA ! so so so so scandalous. ;) hehehehe.

got closer to Jeannie (my favourite Lunch Buddy :p) after Audrey and Esther left. so it's the three of us now: Jeannie, Xue Yin and me ! :D Momo became more sweet (SO SHWEEET. inside joke. LOL) and less irritating lately. there was a point of time when he almost got transferred to BBK cos he had to follow his supervisor. and we were like, "NOOOO !" luckily he stayed on or our fun working days will be over, i tell you ! OVERRRRRRR ! especially now that Jeannie switched roles to become packer at the back (Farhan-a. inside joke. LOL) Momo's leaving soon though. this month to be exact cos he's just a student on attachment. boo ! boring nyer ! :(

that David used to suck our blood at work. still does though i know how to counter his acts now. irritate him like crazy ! woohoo ! and whenever we meet, we'll "fight". i especially hate 3.30 on weekdays and 11.30 on saturdays where i have to sit beside him for a whole goddamn half an hour. gosh, i feel like strangling him ! and whenever we have a verbal "fight", everyone will go like, "shut up la, you two" or "oh no, here we go again." LOL. but it's fun irritating him. haha !

still got a few others who irritate us at work whom i don't feel like mentioning cos it would just taint my happy memories of 2007.

21st birthday celebrations were the bestest ever ! wonderful gifts were given and received and the moments we shared with each other were just splendid. i'm so very sorry to Shefa and Nad for not being able to attend yours. forgive me, okay ! :(

and to the Mugchicks, Pugchicks and Ben. i know haven't been hanging out with you guys lately. don't say i don't miss you guys ! i do ! and Faris' sms really got to me. i miss those times and i hope we won't ever forget each other. ever, kay. and hopefully we'll all meet up soon. :)

and i know you guys see this one coming and some might roll their eyes at this but i'm going to mention it anyways. hahaha. yes, this year is the year i met him. (puke all you guys want la) and the way we met, well.. some might say, "awwh so sweet" or "this rarely happens" or some might even say, "are you making this up". haha. only a few people know (if i exclude everyone at the pharmacy) and i'd like to remain that way. so for those who know.. please shut up, can ? hahaha. okay i meant, don't tell anyone. haha. yah, i know.. as though it's a big secret. but still.. no telling kay. heh.

there were alot of ups and down in the beginning and even now. but that's love and love really is blind. and this might sound so sappy that some might want to slap me upside down, but i don't see myself with anyone else but him. he can be super irritating at times and super sweet when i least expected it. unpredictability is what i love about him. :) but i'm always prepared cos nothing lasts forever right ?

"i'm always on standby." guess i should too. :)

okay.. so i think that basically sums up my 2007. no point thinking about the past cos the present and future will be so much better, insyaAllah.

and as a tradition, my New Year's Resolutions:
1. to get a new phone: W610i or W910i ! NAK NAK !
2. to get a new job.
3. to save up for school. (thinking of doing a part-time degree but i have no freaking idea in what !)
4. to exercise and eat healthily. (i'm getting chubbier !)
and of course, something i can never achieve but always trying..
5. to become a better muslim. (abit more difficult now that i have him. sighs)

okay that's about all.
